Why is there a Need for Employment Agency?

Call it head hunter, private employment agency or executive search firm but they all provide the same service, which is what we simply call as recruitment. You can find them in all corners of the business world and they can really help the job search easier for all of us. If you think that you’re job hunting isn’t doing any good and all your efforts are turning in vain, hand them your resume and they can find an employer for you.
All you have to do is relax and wait for their further notice for any set interviews. Aside from its relative advantages and disadvantages, the use of headhunter is still in demand to many countries like South Korea and Japan. I have never tried any of these agencies but I know a lot of people who have tried it. I think it’s very convenient especially if your hunting skills are limited.
